Cotton fabric, acrylic, dry leaves, tracing paper, ropes and strings 2023
The starting point for the installation was the observation of the light on the wall through the typical lattice. An imprint in the moment and, at the same time, a fleeting event that changes every second.
Wandering around Moscow and Tbilisi — two points on the map of my current life, I turn to reflections on an utopian garden, where is no count of time, and to an inner ruin that has stopped the time. I count my time-life through the shadows from the light on the wall. I bring time to the physical space, I touch the time on the physical level. The garden-ruins flickers like a ghostly horizon of withered leaves inside a steel frame of the shadows-imprints of the light.
